Michael did a great job. He responded to my calls promptly and arranged for showings the day I called. I live out of state and Michael was my eyes and ears. He knew the market well and traveled from Cocoa Beach to Ft. Pierce at the drop of a hat. He went to bat for us during negotiations and warned us of potential bad deals.
