What is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®)
Since its establishment in 2007, the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation has been a cornerstone in assisting maturing Americans with their real estate needs. As a distinguished part of the National Association of REALTORS® family of designations, the SRES® designation is exclusively conferred upon REALTORS® who undergo comprehensive training in an array of topics pertinent to homebuyers and sellers aged 50 and above.
